Point-of-care messaging company Doceree announced Monday that it hired accomplished digital transformation leader Kate Miller as EVP of strategy, in a bid to strengthen its presence in the pharma messaging space globally.
Miller, who’s tasked with driving Doceree’s key functional-level strategies to ensure long-term growth, bolsters the firm’s strategic capability at a time when it’s aiming to launch products and features on both the supply and demand side that will have the potential to change the programmatic messaging landscape.
“We are excited to onboard Kate at a time when she can with her expertise and experience direct us to embrace meaningful changes that can positively impact our business and growth,” added Doceree CEO Harshit Jain. “We look forward to seeing her implement industry-focused learnings to strategic initiatives here and shape Doceree’s future growth trajectory.”
Miller brings 25 years of experience in shaping digital marketing and digital innovation strategies and solutions for the life sciences industry. Prior to joining Doceree, she served as chief strategy officer at digital marketing/innovation strategic consultancy Evolution Road.
While at Evolution Road, which was acquired by Inizio in December, she also held roles as practice leader and VP of innovation commercialization. Earlier in her career, she worked for Cognizant (née Cadient Group) and Harte-Hanks Interactive, providing digital strategic planning services to pharmaceutical clients.
“When I decided it was time to transition from Evolution Road after 15 fantastic years, I wanted to focus my exploration on maturing start-ups in the industry,” said Miller. “My professional passion is helping organizations meet strategic objectives that unlock long-term growth.”
Throughout 2023, Doceree has continued to build out its leadership team with key personnel moves.
In mid-May, the company named former Amazon executive Vijay Adapala as EVP of global supply partnership and tasked him with helming Doceree’s partner expansion initiatives.
Three weeks before Adapala’s hiring, Doceree brought on industry veterans Marco Parente and Julius Ramirez. Parente will serve as EVP of product management at the point-of-care platform, while Ramirez will step into the role of SVP of product and partnership.
Doceree also recently partnered with Hello Health Group to incorporate its patient and consumer reach and engagement solutions into the company’s HCP targeting capabilities.
