Doceree made a number of additions to its leadership team Tuesday morning.
First, the company named Marcella Milliet Sciorra, the former chief marketing officer at DeepIntent, to the same post.
The point-of-care messaging company hired Sciorra — who oversaw the merger of Time Warner Cable, Charter Communications, and BrightHouse ad sales marketing operations — to scale its marketing operations to support future growth.
In addition to her hire, Doceree also made an internal executive elevation.
The company promoted Kamya Elawadhi, who previously worked as SVP of North America and EU as well as corporate strategy and customer success, to the role of chief client officer. In this position, Elawadhi will be tasked with elevating and differentiating the way the company partners with its clients.
Doceree also named George Musi to the role of EVP and GM of Doceree Enterprise. Musi most recently served in a series of roles concurrently, including EVP and global managing director of McCann Health Engagement, EVP and global managing director of consulting at IPG Health and EVP and global managing director of Solve(d).
In a company press release, Musi is described as head of Doceree Enterprise, an HCP-focused global marketing platform designed to provide agencies with “high-impact, scalable programmatic capabilities” tailored for healthcare and life sciences brands.
“We are excited to welcome such accomplished professionals to our leadership team,” Doceree CEO Harshit Jain, MD said in a statement. “Their diverse backgrounds and proven track records in the advertising industry will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare marketing at Doceree. As we embark on a remarkable growth journey, the addition of these industry leaders to our team is a strategic move to drive our vision forward and continue our trajectory of success.”
These are the first major personnel moves for Doceree in 2024 following a busy 2023 on the leadership front.
Over the summer, the company hired Evolution Roads’ digital transformation leader Kate Miller to serve as EVP of strategy.
This came months after Doceree named former Amazon executive Vijay Adapala as EVP of global supply partnership and tasked him with helming its partner expansion initiatives. Weeks before that, the company brought on Marco Parente to serve as EVP of product management and Julius Ramirez to lead as SVP of product and partnership.
