      Entrée Health distinguished itself in 2023 by evolving its branding system, better describing the essence of its work, diverse teams and shared mission — all aimed at a larger pursuit of access excellence.

      It paid off in growth, expanding its roster to a total of 190 clients in 2023. Its work is split evenly, half in payer marketing and half in patient/ provider support.

      But with an average client tenure of more than four years, testimonials from some of the agency clients know they’ve found a good home. “We would not be where we are without Entrée Health as our partners,” said Josh Cohen, senior director of market access at Vertex Pharmaceuticals. 

      Last year, the agency added reimbursement support and Hub design, branding identity development, brand planning, training and meeting facilitation. It also added a new account manager role, streamlining client and team partnerships and already adding value for clients. Entrée also added a new SVP and director of agency excellence role, strengthening relationships with employees and clients.

      The agency’s 160 employees aren’t just enthusiastic about market access, they’re also deeply invested in HR and culture initiatives. For example, as part of inclusion efforts, it supports programs such as the Zana Africa Foundation, which gives adolescent girls in Kenya access to the tools they need to safely navigate puberty, and the Tyler Clementi  Foundation, which teaches kids to celebrate differences; to value kindness, respect and compassion; and how to intervene safely and appropriately in bullying situations. 

      To boost post-pandemic employee demand for more connectivity, Entrée Health’s new mentorship programs offer community building, an annual ConnectFest brainstorm to address future client challenges and new gratitude-sharing tools.

      With an energetic mantra — “our people, our passion, our power” — this Interpublic-owned agency experienced its third consecutive year of double-digit growth, adding nine new accounts from six key clients. Agency culture prioritizes diversity, collaboration, creativity and community, as it aims to help clients break down the walls of access and build a more seamless patient experience. This year’s highlights included the launch of Zepbound, the antidiabetic medication from Eli Lilly and Genentech’s ophthalmology portfolio.
