Publicis Group is expanding its network once again, this time with the acquisition of p-value Group — a full service medical communications group.

The healthcare agency announced the acquisition Tuesday morning, noting that the deal would position Publicis to fuel the next generation of medical communications.

Founder and CEO Linda Corvari launched the agency in 2004 and has built a portfolio of top-tier life science clients. Headquartered in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey, MM+M estimates that p-value Group generates an approximate yearly revenue between $60-80 million.

In 2024, the agency employed over 175 employees across 3 divisions, with a scientific team of two dozen science researchers with advanced degrees.

In addition to communications, the company also reviews previous scientific platforms and publications plans, and puts together medical review boards and panels to investigate and validate insights from clients who are looking for additional reviews.

Publicis Health also said that the team will collaborate with p-value Group to accelerate data connectivity, technology and develop creative and therapeutic solutions to drive the future of health.

Post acquisition, the agency will sit within Publicis, and strengthen global expertise through Langrand Medical and Razorfish Health.

“p-value Group has built a reputation for unmatched scientific rigor and client partnership,” said Matt

McNally, Global CEO of Publicis Health in a statement. “By joining forces, we’re amplifying the value we deliver to clients by bringing greater precision, speed, and strategic alignment across medical communications. This is about scaling what works, removing barriers, and delivering smarter solutions that drive measurable impact for our clients.”

CEO Linda Corvari also praised the collaboration, noting that the merger with Publicis reflects a “strategic alignment of vision and velocity”.

Publicis said that pending regulatory approvals, the deal is expected to close by the end of August 2025.
