Geron named Harout Semerjian as president and CEO, effective August 7.

Stacey Vail joined Heartbeat, a 2025 MM+M Agency 100 honoree, as chief client officer after her most recent role at Digitas Health, another 2025 MM+M Agency 100 honoree.

Medtronic named Amy Jo Meyer to succeed Torod Neptune as the company’s communications leader.

Certara hired Dr. Chris Bouton as chief technology officer.

Propel Health Communications, a 2025 MM+M Agency 100 honoree, hired Christopher Thorn as SVP, creative director and Lauren Schulz as SVP of client services.

DiaMedica announced the appointment of Julie Krop, MD as chief medical officer.
